Property blueprints for Epstein's private tropical island among the released materials.
Additionally contained in this new photograph release is shown to be a development blueprint for the Great St James island, found in the American territory.
The financier purchased a more modest island - the Little St James - back in 1998, but acquired the larger adjacent island in the year 2016 for approximately $22.5 million.
The released images suggest he had drawn up ambitious plans to transform the 161-acre island by constructing residences, an performance venue, an underwater office and a reservoir.
Visible on the drawing is a local waterway, a waterway in the region, indicated on the bottom right.
This development map is covered in notations in red and features a notes section identifying different parts of the property.
Accompanying the main plan are what look to be an additional nine construction diagrams and engineering blueprints, such as designs for boat shelters.
Additional images released as part of the continuing investigative process.
